Quality Assurance
Every Standard product begins with the highest quality
ASME grade materials. Incoming raw materials are meticulously cleaned and treated
for corrosion resistance. To ensure leak-free operation, tubesheets and endplates
are precision drilled in CNC machining centers. Pressure vessels and fittings are
welded and tested to meet ASME standards under the supervision of and independent
certified testing agent. Quality assurance is a never ending pursuit, from individual
pressure testing of each unit, to careful inspection of every weld, tube or fitting.
